It’s officially Spring time and maybe it doesn’t feel quite like it should outside, brrrr, it’s still a good time to embrace the change of seasons and do some changing ourselves. If you have been a regular partici-painter from the beginning, you will notice a big change to our website. We hope you like the look, ease of use and overall feel! We’ve worked really hard to include all of your feedback through the years.
Obviously, the design is very different as we have combined all three studios to one website, but one of the major updates is specifically for our frequent painters! We will no longer send text messages to you to redeem free seats and accumulate frequent painter points. Now, it will all be linked to an account you hold on our site with your email. No more need to stress over forgetting to check in at the studio kiosk or accidentally deleted text messages from us.. yay! The first time you go to sign up for an event with the new site, you will be asked to create an account. From there, we will be able to go in and add your accumulated points, if any. You’ll even get extra points just for creating an account. So, there’s that. You’re welcome. Don’t mention it! 🙂
There will be a learning curve, as to be expected with any changes in life, so please be patient with us and of course, we are here if you have any questions or concerns about your points!
